Exam Fee: HK$500 (Include Exam Paper and Certificate issued by WSET)
Certificate Award Requirement - Answer a multiple choice paper of 30 questions within 45 minutes (minimum 21 questions correct to pass the exam).
(Exam date, registration and collection of exam fee will be arranged by the instructor during the Course.)

Subsequent to the overwhelming response, HKSFA is pleased to launch again this WSET Foundation Certificate Course offered by Mochetto Food & Wine, which is a WSET Approved Program Provider. This course is an introductory course for the wine enthusiast who wishes to be introduced in a structural way to wine styles, storing and serving of wine and food and wine matching. The course will cover:
1. Types and styles of wine.
2. The WSET Level 1 Systematic Approach to Tasting.
3. The Characteristics and tasting of wine from 7 popular varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Shiraz.
4. Wine service and storage and common faults.
5. Food and wine matching with practice exercise.
6. Guide to sensible and responsible drinking.
** The Course will be conducted in Chinese (Cantonese) with the Study-kit printed in English.
