This seminar is qualified for
  •  Early bird rate only applies to those who register by 4:00pm, 1st February 2016.
  •  All attendees must be 18 years old.
  •  Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes in advance.  The event will start at 3:00pm prompt.  No make-up session(s) will be arranged for late-comers.
  • Participants should leave the venue 15 minutes after the event.
  • No outside food and drinks are allowed.
  • Participants should be aware of personal hygiene and sanitation.
  • Smoking is prohibited.
  • Participants should take good care of personal belongings.  The event provider and HKSFA are not responsible for any personal loss.
  • Only registered participants are allowed to stay and attend the event.
  • Seats are limited and will be assigned on first-come-first served basis.
  • In the event of a dispute, the decision of HKSFA shall be final and binding.

Event Details
Make your Own Wine with your Private Label!
Learn about wine-making while sipping wines!
At this wine-making workshop, you will have a chance to explore the art of wine-making and techniques of selecting wines, customizing it to your taste, and then bottling, labeling and sealing your wine. 
You will experience the entire wine making process, get the wine kit, hydrate the concentrated grape juice using crystal-clear reverse osmosis water, add yeast to it, and you are almost done.  The process simplified in such a way to save you the hassle.  All the ingredients and tools will be ready for you at the workshop.
After five to six weeks, your wine will be ready for the final stages - bottling, corking, labeling and sealing.  You can create your own label to turn the wine into a private label!

HK$340 per HKSFA Member
HK$380 per Non-member / Guest
*The fees will include:
  • wine-making tutorial with wines served
  • wine-making kit for making one bottle of red wine (Mixed Australian  Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot) per person
  • a private label with participant’s own name
(Delivery charges of the wine produced by participant are not included.)
