Event Details

INEDs play a significant role in the board, particularly of a listed or regulated company.  The responsibility is great and INEDs or INEDs-to-be need to be fully aware of it and be adequately equipped.   Whilst some firms claim that it is difficult to look for a suitable INED, there are some capable and experienced people who offer to serve but find it difficult to get placed.  This mismatch anomaly exists today.  Before accepting an INED role, one should do due diligence and give serious consideration. The speaker will share views and insights on the above aspects.
