Add to Calendar This session will give you a technical overview of the most recent tax changes in the UK and how it affects the three stages of property ownership. Acquisition, Ownership and Disposal and the associated UK taxes at each stage. It is useful to our members as UK property has been and continues to be a popular asset class for many HK and Asia pacific individuals but these individuals are not necessary UK citizens or have any connection to the UK and are unaware of the potential tax treatment of their UK based asset.
