AEM Holdings provides solutions in equipment systems, precision components, plating and related manufacturing services across various industries. It operates through three segments: equipment systems solutions (ESS), precision component solutions (PCS) and others. The ESS segment provides customized system solutions involving high-speed motion and mechanical design to both mass volume manufacturers and technology development laboratories. The PCS segment designs, develops and manufactures precision engineering products used in the electronics, life sciences, instrumentation and aerospace industries. Valuetronics Holdings Limited was listed on the SGX Mainboard in 2007 and is currently a constituent stock on the FTSE ST Small Cap and FTSE ST China Indices. Valuetronics is an Electronic Manufacturing Service (“EMS”) provider which focuses on the design and development of products that meet the ever-changing needs of customers. It is the preferred choice of several successful global companies that are involved in consumer electronics and industrial and commercial electronics products, with core competencies ranging from tool fabrication, injection moulding, metal stamping, machining, surface mount technology (“SMT”) and finished product assembly on full turnkey basis. Mr. Gerald Wong is the Head of Research in Singapore at Credit Suisse. Apart from writing on Singapore strategy, he also covers the technology and offshore & marine sectors. Gerald joined Credit Suisse in 2008 as a member of the European capital goods research team with primary coverage of UK engineering companies, and relocated to Singapore in 2010. Gerald received a BSc (Hons) degree in economics from London School of Economics, and is a CFA® charterholder.




Mr. Loke Wai San
Executive Chairman

Mr. Loke Wai San has been the Chairman of AEM since 2011.  He is also the founder and CEO of private equity fund adviser Novo Tellus Capital Partners. 

Mr. Loke brings over 25 years of global technology management and investment experience to AEM.  Since 2011, Mr. Loke has worked with the management team at AEM to strengthen its relationship with its key customer through improving AEM’s R&D, global product delivery and support capabilities.   He has also provided leadership for AEM’s acquisitions in 2017 and 2018, and continues to do so.  

From 2000 to 2010, Mr. Loke was with Baring Private Equity Asia, where he was a Managing Director and head of Baring Asia’s US office and subsequently co-head for Southeast Asia. Prior to joining Baring Asia, Mr. Loke was a Vice President at venture capital fund H&Q Asia Pacific from 1999 to 2000, a Senior Manager at management consulting firm AT Kearney from 1995 to 1999, and an R&D engineer with Motorola from 1991 to 1993. Mr. Loke was the former Chairman and President of the Singapore American Business Association in San Francisco. Mr. Loke is also an independent director on the Board of Sunningdale Tech Limited and Procurri Corporation Ltd.



Mr. Andrew Teik Wei Tan
Managing Director, Core Banking
Silverlake Axis Sdn Bhd

Mr. AndrewTan joined the Group in April 2018 and is responsible to grow and enhance the Silverlake Axis Sdn Bhd's core banking business. His career spans over 35 years where he held senior positions in the Big 4 professional services firms and in a number of multinational IT companies, serving clients in various industries – predominantly in financial services and in industrial/retail, telecommunications, energy and the public sector. Prior to joining the Silverlake Axis, Mr. Tan was Managing Director for SAS Malaysia. He was previously Managing Partner for Deloitte Consulting in Central Asia, Managing Partner for BearingPoint Inc. ASEAN and Managing Partner for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting ASEAN. Mr. Tan graduated in Exeter University, UK with a combined honors degree in Geology and Chemistry. He has a MBA from the University of Aston in Birmingham.
 

 
Mr. Joseph Lui Ka Ho

Valuetronics Holdings Limited 
 
Mr. Joseph Lui joined Valuetronics Holdings Limited as Financial Controller in October 2012 and was promoted to Group Financial Controller in November 2013. Since then, he has been overseeing the Group’s finance and accounting functions, including treasury, tax planning, enterprise risk management, investor relations, internal and external reporting matters of the Group. Mr Lui was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in June 2017. 
 
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Lui was a Senior Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2003 to 2012 where he first served the Hong Kong office before being seconded to the Beijing office. During his service in PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was involved in a number of successful initial public offerings and overseas mergers and acquisition projects. Mr. Lui is a fellow member of CPA Australia and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated with a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Monash University in Australia.
